1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and slpvip ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our") governing your access to and use of the slpvip website located at https://slpvip.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform"). Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by slpvip may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any account balance or winnings.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

• Maintain only one (1) account on the slpvip Platform – creation of multiple, duplicate, or fake accounts is strictly prohibited;

3. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the slpvip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may deposit funds into your slpvip account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banking institutions as specified on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. slpvip does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees beyond our control.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your slpvip account are legally obtained, belong to you, and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities. slpvip reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks and may request source of funds documentation before processing deposits or withdrawals. Deposits are generally credited to accounts within 1-10 minutes depending on the payment method used, though processing times may vary based on factors beyond slpvip's control.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account verification must be completed, including submission and approval of all requested identity documents;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name – third-party withdrawals are prohibited;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform;

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLPVIP, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Service;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SLPVIP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SLPVIP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, slpvip's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless slpvip, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any rights of any third party;
• Your use or misuse of the Service;
• Any false or misleading information provided to slpvip;
• Your breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant made herein.

slpvip reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with slpvip in asserting any available defenses.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

slpvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other policy;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• At your own request;
• For any other reason at slpvip's sole discretion.

Upon account termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. slpvip will make reasonable efforts to return any available account balance to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to slpvip and compliance with all applicable verification and anti-money laundering procedures. Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of all account balances and winnings.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the slpvip Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or other representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and slpvip regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by slpvip of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by slpvip to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without prior written consent from slpvip. slpvip may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and its rights and obligations hereunder without restriction.
